If you purchase an ATV from us or already own one, you should review the local rules and laws that pertain to you.

J.R. Fries Motorsports is a Pennsylvania Liscenced Dealer and must abide by the Laws for PA.
All PA. residents must register their ATVs with the DCNR and pay Sales Tax. When purchased from us, we have the forms and the plate for the rear of your machine, and we send the application in for you. When a customer is from out of state, we provide you with the proper documents so you can get your machine registered in your state. It is up to the customer or vehicle owner to be sure that they comply with their local laws.
