Note: The MSRP is what Hensim  would like all it's dealers to sell these machines for, so they can continue to stay open.
For the time being, the sale that is going on is an introductory sale, to promote the Hensim Name Brand. When the company has established it's dealer network in full swing, this sale will most likely end. Most dealers need to charge the full MSRP in order to cover overhead of shipping, assembly, and prep of each machine. As you all know, the price of fuel is going up at an astronomical rate, so don't be surprised if a dealer tacks on a shipping charge and a charge for preparing the vehicle for sale.
These prices do not include the PA Sales Tax and the Fees of Registration and Title, that the state requires for residents.
Registration of and ATV is to help track your machine in the event that it is stolen, and the Title is your proof of ownership.
PA Registration is $20 for 3 years, and the Title fee is $22.50
These fees are used by the state to establish and maintain public trails for the sport of riding. If nobody paid these fees, the state would most likely loose all of it's public trails, so we should all pay these fees in hopes of more places to ride.
Insuring your ATV and motorcycle is the law if you plan on using it on land other than your own property and usually costs between $20-200 per year depending on the size and use of a machine, so play it safe and get insurance.
